- Board says she formed a 'crisis committee' in 2016 to respond to claims that she 'was actually married to her brother as part of an immigration scheme'
- Board found part of the spending went to fix errors on her personal tax return
- Regulators also concluded travel spending for multiple trips was improper
- Omar has vehemently denied that she was ever married to her brother
