31 Taliban militants killed, wounded; 2 captured Humvees destroyed in Takhar
[KhaamaPress] The security forces killed 19 Talibs during a clash in Takhar province of Afghanistan.The Special Forces Operations Corps in a statement said the Afghan Special Forces the turbans were killed in Khwaja Ghar district during the clearance operations. The statement further added that the Special Forces fullhy cleared the district from the presence of Talibs. The Special Forces also maimed 12 Talibs and destroyed two captured Humvee armored personnel carriers. The Talibs have not commented regarding the operation so far.
