Islamic Jihad: Israel to Decide on Ceasefire
 Palestinian organization the Islamic Jihad announced that it would not accept a ceasefire until Israel releases all Palestinian prisoners and abandons its military operations. One of the Islamic Jihad leaders Halid Al-Bac released an announcement stating that "A ceasefire depends on Israel's acceptance of the conditions of the Palestinian people.
