4 ISIS jihadis arrested in Nicaragua after illegally entering the country, heading north
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] - Four men with suspected ties to ISIS were arrested in Nicaragua on Tuesday
- They crossed through an uninhabited passage known as La Guasimada located between Costa Rica and Nicaragua
- The men were busted by Nicaraguan military soldiers following an alert distributed by the United States
- U.S. officials feared the men would travel to Mexico and head to the border
- Authorities apprehended Mohamed Ibrahim, 33, and Mahmoud Samy Eissa, 26, both Egyptian nationals
- Also detained were Iraqis Ahmed Ghanim Mohamed Al Jubury, 41, and Mustafa Ali Mohamed Yaoob, 29
- The group arrived in Panama on May 12 and entered Costa Rica on June 9
- The men are being held at an immigration center in Costa Rica after they were turned over by Nicaragua on Tuesday and could face deportation
