Airstrikes kill 2 Taliban militants in Herat province
[KhaamaPress] The security forces conducted  ...KABOOM!... s in Herat ...a venerable old Persian-speaking city in western Afghanistan, populated mostly by Tadjiks, which is why it's not as blood-soaked as areas controlled by Pashtuns... killing at least 2 Talibs. The informed military sources said Saturday that that the security forces conducted the airstrikes in Shindand district of Herat. Furthermore, the military sources confirmed that the airstrikes killed 2 Taliban ...mindless ferocity in a turban... fighters. The anti-government armed gunnies including Taliban have not commented regarding the airstrikes. The security situation in Herat province has tanked during the recent months.
