Afghan forces killed, wound 34 Taliban militants in Khost, Paktiya: 203rd Thunder Corps
[KhaamaPress] The Afghan forces have inflicted casualties on 34 Talibs in south-eastern Khost and Paktiya.

The 203rd Thunder Corps in a statement said the security forces killed 16 Talibs and maimed 13 others in Mosa Khel district of Khost province
... across the border from Miranshah, within commuting distance of Haqqani hangouts such as Datta Khel and probably within sight of Mordor. Khost is populated by six different tribes of Pashtuns, the largest probably being the Khostwal, from which it takes its name...
The statement further added that the security forces also confiscated one Ak-47 rifle, a ladder, 5 rocket launcher ammunition and 7 rockets of 82mm rocket launcher.

Furthermore, the 203rd Thunder Corps said the security forces killed 2 Talibs and maimed 3 others in Zurmat district of Paktiya province.
