Two Policemen Killed In Taliban Attack In Kapisa
[ToloNews] Officials said that one policeman was maimed in the attack in the province.At least two coppers were killed in a Taliban  ...mindless ferocity in a turban...attack in central Kapisa Province on Monday night, local officials said. The incident took place in Naw Abad village in the center of the province after the Taliban attacked a police check post, a front man for provincial police chief, Abdul Shayeq Yuresh, said. The clash continued for several hours and the Taliban also suffered casualties but there is no exact information about it, Yuresh said, adding that the Taliban retreated from the area. No civilians were hurt in the attack, he added. The Taliban grabbed credit for the attack and said four coppers were killed in the attack and that their fighters were not hurt.
