Taliban commander Qari Mehdi among several killed, wounded in Balkh airstrikes
[KhaamaPress] The security forces carried out  ...KABOOM!... s against Talibs in northern Balkh province killing or wounding 17 murderous Moslems. The 209th Shaheen Corps in a statement said the security forces conducted the airstrikes in Arzankar Village of Chahar Bolak adn Asiab Gorg Village of Chamtal district. The statement further added that the airstrikes killed 9 Talibs including Qari Mehdi, one of the commanders of Taliban ...Arabic for students... Furthermore, the 209th Shaheen Corps said the airstrikes also maimed 8 snuffies and destroyed an improvised bomb. The Taliban group has not commented regarding the airstrikes so far. The security situation in Balkh province has tanked during the recent months. Talibs are active in some districts of the province and often conduct terrorist related activities.
