[RADIOSHABELLE] Somali President, Mohammed Abdullahi Farmajo has appointed Omar Mohamud Mohammed alias Filish as the new mayor of Mogadishu as well as the governor of Banadir region on Thursday.When your new Mayor has an alias and isn't Buddy Cianci....
