Trump announces latest decision regarding the number of U.S. troops he may keep in Afghanistan

Speaking to Fox News Radio, Trump said "We’re going down to 8,600 and then we make a determination from there as to what happens ... we’re bringing it down." Furthermore, Trump reiterated his previous remarks that the U.S. can the war in Afghanistan in a short period of time. President Trump said the US "could win that war so fast if I wanted to kill ten million people there ... which I don’t."
