Six People Released From Taliban Prison In Ghazni

prison in a special operation by the Afghan National Army in the central province of Ghazni.

The operation was conducted in Giro district, the Ministry of Defense said in a statement.

The statement said that a Taliban fighter was arrested and a weapons cache belonged to the group was destroyed during the operation.
Khaama Press adds:
The Special Operations Corps said in a statement that the Special Forces conducted the raid in Geru district on Thursday night.

Furthermore, the Special Operations Corps said a student, an intelligence operative, a policeman and three civilians were among those rescued.
