Homicide suspect accidentally released from Nashville jail is back in custody
[TENNESSEAN] A first-degree murder suspect accidentally released from the Davidson County Jail last week due to a holy manal error was back in jug on Wednesday.Local and state authorities had been looking for 26-year-old Roberto Josue Viera-Aybar, who was mistakenly released on Friday, Davidson County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Karla West said. Metro police tweeted Viera-Aybar was in jug after he made arrangements through his attorney to surrender himself to a South Precinct officer in the 500 block of Piccadilly Row Wednesday morning.
