Special Forces destroy second extortion cell of Taliban militants in Jawzjan
[KhaamaPress] The Afghan Special Forces destroyed an extortion cell of the Taliban ...the Pashtun equivalent of men...group during an operation in northern Jawzjan province. The Special Operations Corps said in a statement the Special Forces destroyed the extortion of Taliban during an operation in Garjak Village of Faizabad district. The statement further added that the Special Forces fully cleared the village of Talibs besides destroying the extortion cell of Taliban. Furthermore, the Special Forces destroyed a Humvee Armored Personnel Carrier which the Taliban had captured. The Special Forces also destroyed two improvised bombs and an Ak-47 during the operation, the Special Operations Corps added. This was the second extortion cell of the Talibs which the Special Forces destroyed in Jawzjan province, the Special Operations Corps said.
