Kabul: Afghan SF tie up 2 Talibs, Kabul cops defuse device
 Special Forces detain Taliban militants, destroy cache of weapons in Kabul 24 September [KhaamaPress] The Afghan Special Forces detained two Taliban militants during separate operations in Kabul. The military officials said Tuesday the Special Forces arrested a Taliban militant during a raid in Sarobi district of Kabul. The officials further added that the Special Forces also destroyed a small cache of weapons during the raid. Furthermore, the Special Forces arrested another Taliban militant during a patrol in Paghman district of Kabul, the officials added. Kabul Police foils deadly explosion by defusing an IED in Sarobi 22 September [KhaamaPress] The Kabul Police foiled a deadly explosion by defusing an improvised explosive device in Sarobi district. The Kabul Police Headquarters said in a statement the police forces discovered and defused the bomb in Sarobi district at around 10:30 am local time today. The statement further added that the enemies had planted the bomb on a roadside in Jagdalak area and were looking to detonate it using a remote control. However, the Kabul Police Headquarters said the police forces managed to detect the bomb and subsequently defused it, preventing a deadly explosion. The anti-government armed militants including Taliban have not commented in this regard so far.
