In a statement, the source said that a number of mortar shells fell on the headquarters of the Federal Police in al-Riyad area, in Kirkuk, ... a thick stew of Arabs, Turkmen, Kurds, and probably Antarcticans, all of them mutually hostile most of the time... without causing any casualties. The source further added that the incident was probed to determine the area from which the shells were fired. Two IS terrorists arrested after attacking security checkpoint in Kirkuk Kirkuk (IraqiNews.com) – Police forces arrested on Tuesday two members of the Islamic State militant group in the oil-rich province of Kirkuk, the Interior Ministry said.
