Kim Repeats Demand for Apology from NK
In a speech at Seoul Airport, Tuesday, President Kim Dae-jung said the government was strongly demanding an apology, the punishment of those responsible and a promise of non-recurrence from North Korea, with regard to the West Sea naval clash on June 29. President Kim, returning from a three-day trip to Japan continued the incident would be looked on as a lesson to strengthen security to deal with any military provocation in the future.
