Court bomb plot suspect to be extradited
 Switzerland has agreed to a Spanish request for the extradition of suspected bomb plotter Mohammed Achraf. But Achraf has 30 days in which to lodge an appeal against the decision, the Swiss government said. Spain had earlier requested the extradition of Achraf, an Algerian national who has been held in custody in Switzerland since August. The Spanish authorities suspect him of involvement in plotting to carry out a bomb attack against the country's highest court in Madrid and other landmarks including the Real Madrid stadium in the capital.
