Zarqawi detained and released in Fallujah?
 TERROR mastermind Abu Musab al-Zarqawi was arrested but FREED by bungling Iraqi cops, it was claimed yesterday. The al-Qaeda executioner, who beheaded Brit hostage Ken Bigley, was rounded up in Fallujah. But police failed to recognise the thug, who has a £13.5million price on his head after plotting car bombings and kidnappings.
