11 innocents kaboomed in western Herat
[IsraelTimes] In western Herat...a venerable old Persian-speaking city in western Afghanistan, populated mostly by Tadjiks, which is why it's not as blood-soaked as areas controlled by Pashtuns... province, six civilians including four children were killed Thursday when their vehicle was hit by a roadside kaboom, said Jelani Farhad, front man for the provincial governor.
