Fifth grader rape survivor gave birth
 [Dhaka Tribune] A fifth grader girl, who is a rape survivor, gave birth to a baby girl on Saturday in Barisal Sher E Bangla Medical College Hospital (SBMCH).According to a rape case filed on August 20, the minor was allegedly raped by her uncle Jewel and two unnamed others on multiple occasions for over a year. Confirming the incident Bakerganj cop shoppe OC Abul Kalam said, police arrested Jewel on October 30 and submitted a charge-sheet to the court. The girl however alleged the headmaster of her school, and a neighbour is also involved with the incident, but her mother couldn't add their names in the case as they were threatened by the accused.
