Sharon, Abbas: This time it's for real
 Prime Minister Ariel Sharon and Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas pledged publicly in Sharm e-Sheikh Tuesday to put an end to four years of violence, and in a private meeting, expressed their determination to make these declarations stick this time. "Today, in my meeting with Chairman Abbas, we agreed that all Palestinians will stop all acts of violence against all Israelis everywhere, and — in parallel — Israel will cease all its military activity against all Palestinians anywhere," Sharon declared, speaking in Hebrew at the end of the summit. "We hope that today we are starting a new period of hope."
