Macedonian Army Contingent Leaves For Afghanistan
Two divisions (battalions) of the 2nd infantry brigade of the Macedonian Army Friday leave for ISAF 7 peacekeeping mission Afghanistan from Skopje Airport. Two divisions during the six-month mission will be part of the German contingent in Afghanistan. Deputy Head of General Staff, Major General Miroslav Stojanovski, on behalf of the Macedonian Army General Staff wished successful mission and worthy representation of the Republic of Macedonia in Afghanistan to members of the contingent.
