Shocking moment Chicago cops shoot a man at a busy station after struggling to restrain him while arresting him for moving between train cars
[Daily Mail] - Two Chicago officers were restraining Ariel Roman at Grand station on Friday
- Roman was apprehended after appearing to move between train carriages
- Footage shows officers deploying stun guns and pepper spray to subdue him
- Roman makes a break for it and is shot twice, in the buttocks and the abdomen
- He had surgery for the bullet wounds but is no longer in critical condition
- The police officers have been assigned desk duties pending an investigation
