Iraqi military kills scores of ISIS terrorists in new operation
[ALMASDARNEWS] The Iraqi Armed Forces carried out a new operation in northern Iraq this week that targeted the Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allaharound with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not reallyMoslems.... ’s (ISIS/ISIS/IS/ISIS) hideouts in the Hamrin Mountains. According to the official media wing of the Iraqi security forces, their troops managed to kill dozens of Islamic State terrorists, while also destroying a number of tunnels and hideouts. The Iraqi security forces said the operation was carried out in cooperation with the Iraqi Air Force, who conducted several strikes on the Islamic State’s positions in the Hamrin Mountains. In their statement, the Iraqi security forces confirmed the successful operations in the Kanoukh area and Talat al-Hamrin, pointing out that as many as 25 bad boyz were potted, while also destroying nine tunnels and a training camp. Despite the Islamic State’s defeat on the battlefield, the terrorist group has maintained several sleeper cells across the country.
