Armed group cuts off water supplies to cities in western region
[Libya Observer] The Man-made River Authority (MMRA) said Monday, that water supplies have been cut off to a number of cities in the western region after button men stormed the Shwerif site and forced workers to close the valves."This offensive will cut off water to the cities of Tripoli ...a confusing city, one end of which is located in Lebanon and the other end of which is the capital of Libya.
