Man from Northern Ireland is charged with manslaughter in connection with deaths of 39 migrants found in a refrigerated lorry in Essex

- He was charged with 39 counts of manslaughter, as well as immigration offences
- The 40-year-old arrested today and is due to appear at Dublin's High Court
- The 39 Vietnamese nationals were found in a lorry container in Grays, Essex 23 October 2019
Others arrested:
- Eamonn Harrison, 22, of Mayobridge, Northern Ireland
- Gazmir Nuzi, 42, of Tottenham, north London, arrested in the capital last Friday
- Gheorghe Nica, 43, of Langdon Hills, Essex, arrested in Frankfurt Airport in January
- Last week Maurice Robinson, 25, from Craigavon, Co Amragh, pleaded guilty to 39 counts of manslaughter at the Old Bailey
