Al-Suwayda: Large areas of land engulfed in flames in southern Syria
[SYRIAHR] Large areas of agricultural lands in al-Suwayda province in southern Syria were engulfed in flames. The fire caused damage to 150 acres in various parts of the province.According to Observatory sources, the governorate of Al-Suwayda witnessed five fires last Friday, four of which affected agricultural land in the villages of Shahba and Al-Quraya in southern countryside of Al-Sweida, and the villages of Nemra and Majdal, north of the city, in addition to the villages of Ta’ala and Al-Hit, east of the province.
