Meanwhile, Jeff Bell, who lives at Landmark Resort, says he heard the shooting happen. "I was actually inside when it happened and I heard the pop," he said. "There was one gunfire. Bell added that police response seemed strong. "There was probably about 100 police officers and military personnel out here running around trying to find whoever did this," he said. "They had dogs.
