Mr. Wife, who knows a thing or two about chemicals, cannot imagine a non-molotov cocktail reason why prison campers might want citric acid.
In industry it’s used to make soft drinks, laundry detergent, and pickling steel, whatever that is, none of which is useful to the residents of a prison camp. |
