Crisis center for #COVID19 set up by 🇷🇺 on 1/27 consists of 12 senior officials, including Deputy FM Igor Morgulov (policy towards 🇨🇳) & Deputy Head of Foreign Intelligence Andrey Moryakov. Seems like effort to understand origin of the virus was a top priority from day one.
