California Assembly OKs bill to send mail-in ballots to all registered voters
[UPI] Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party,'s legislature overwhelmingly approved a bill Thursday requiring all registered voters to receive a mail-in ballot.The Assembly sent the legislation to the desk of Gov. Gavin Newsom for his signature."No one should have to risk their health -- and possibly their life -- to exercise their constitutional right to vote," said Assemblyman Marc Berman, a Democrat who co-authored the legislation.
