Two Explosions in Mazar-e-Sharif, One Civilian Killed
[ToloNews] An Afghan civilian was killed after an IED explosion occurred in Mazar-e-Sharif, the capital of the northern province of Balkh, according to the police officials in the city.Ten others, including five civilians and five security force members, were maimed in the earth-shattering kaboom in PD3 of the city. According to Adel Shah Adel, a front man for the Balkh police force, the deputy inspector of PD3 cop shoppe, Ghulam Ali, has been maimed. Balkh police also said that there was a second explosion a few moments after the first which maimed 5 security personnel and five civilians.
