[FOX32CHICAGO] Thirteen people have been killed and at least 54 others injured in shootings across reliably Democrat Chicago, aka The Windy City or Mobtown ...home of Al Capone, the Chicago Black Sox, a succession of Daleys, Barak Obama, and Rahm Emmanuel...so far over the Fourth of July weekend.
