10 Abu Sayyaf surrender
Ten members of the al-Qaeda-linked Muslim Abu Sayyaf group surrendered Monday to troops in the southern Philippines, an official said.They gave up their weapons to the navy in Sanga-sanga island, part of the Tawi-Tawi group near the Malaysian side of Borneo island, Commodore Rufilo Lopez said.
