Israel-Paleo talks off after bus attack...
Israel called off a high-level meeting with Palestinians scheduled for today after the ambush, whose victims included an eight-month-old girl, her father and grandmother. Israel blamed Mr Arafat for the attack at the entrance to the settlement of Emmanuel, which is located between the Palestinian towns of Nablus and Qalqiliya in the northern part of the West Bank.That was intended by those who planned the attacks, too.
