[RedState] The Portland rioters met in Laurelhurst Park to stage up to wreak havoc against the Penumbra Kelly Building, a police building which includes both the Portland Police Bureau and the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office.We reported on that action here. But a small group of them also formed up there after their action against the police.
