Car Bomb Rocks Farah City, 4 Killed: Local Official
[ToloNews] At least four people were killed and two more maimed after a boom-mobile went kaboom!near Farah city police headquarters on Wednesday, local officials said. Dadullah Qani, a member of the Farah provincial council, confirmed to TOLOnews that the boom-mobile targeted the vehicle of Abdul Qader, the deputy commander of the Farah security department, killing four of his guards and wounding two more. Footage received by TOLOnews show that children were among those maimed in the blast. Initial reports from Farah says that 28 civilians were also maimed in the earth-shattering kaboom in Farah. The explosion happens on the threshold of the peace talks between the Afghan government and the Taliban  ...the Pashtun equivalent of men...“Explosives placed inside a vehicle targeted a police car around 18:30 in district 4 of Farah city on Wednesday, killing 4 policemen and injured 22 civilians”, Tariq Aryan, a spokesperson to the Ministry of Interior Affairs said in a statement.
