Last week their estimate was 20 billion NIS. Remains me of a joke I've seen in one of Isaac Asimov's books.
POTUS ask his science advisor "How much is 2 + 2?". "It's 4", "you idiot" swallowed.
Asks the same question of the chief on the national bureau of statistics. "It's 4 +/- 0, sir". Asks his economic advisor "How much would you like it to be, Mr President?".
