Pennsylvania cops shoot man dead for charging at officer with a huge blade

- Yesterday's shooting sparked protests where dozens gathered outside the Lancaster Police headquarters and bashed in the windows of police cars
- Munoz was awaiting trial for stabbing and seriously injuring four other people, including a 16-year-old boy, last year
- Police responding to that incident found him outside a home, where he held a knife to his throat
- He then jumped over a handrail and police used a stun gun on him before taking him into custody
