- The BLM protester drove her car into a crowd of Trump supporters in California on Saturday, running over a woman's head
- Her attorney has claimed cops on the scene refused to help Turner when her car was surrounded by the armed counter-protesters
- He says that Turner had asked for help and didn't mean to hit anybody when she accelerated in fear to escape
- Orange County prosecutors argue she used her car as a deadly weapon
- 'She positioned her vehicle to be used as a backup weapon,' said District Attorney Todd Spitzer
- The victims have not been named but are expected to survive
