New York Times, Rolling Stone, ABC, and CBS all DENIED motions to dismiss lawsuit brought by Covington teen Nick Sandmann
[Post Millenial] | To recap: Nick Sandman was the polite, self-controlled Catholic schoolboy who has thus far settled defamation cases against CNN and the Washington Post on the list of fifty individuals and media organizations warned by Sandmann lawyer L. Lin Wood that they could be sued for falsely accusing, doxxing, and threatening the lad in response to a misleadingly edited video of his encounter with Native American “elder” Nathan Phillips. In the meantime, young Nick has interned for Senator Mitch McConnell (R, KY), started his freshman year at Kentucky’s Transylvania University, and spoken at this year’s Republican National Convention. |
