Head of Zabul Provincial Council kaboomed, Parwan district governor ambushed
[KhaamaPress] In a suicide incident caravan of Atajan Haqbayan, the head of Zabul Provincial Council was hit with another suicide kaboom in the Qalat city of this province, Haqbayan, and three others were maimed in the attack.Haqbayan, after the attack talked to the media, he seemed mildly injured in the incident.
