Police Nabs Skilled Mine Maker in Parwan
[KhaamaPress] The Ministry of Interior (MoI) stated on Thursday, that a member of the Taliban ...the Pashtun equivalent of men...group responsible for building mines had been arrested in Parwan, and the security personnel prevented Two mines explosions in Herat ...a venerable old Persian-speaking city in western Afghanistan, populated mostly by Tadjiks, which is why it's not as blood-soaked as areas controlled by Pashtuns... and Ghazni.
