IED, Unknown Gunmen Assassinations Raise Concerns
[KhaamaPress] In a magnetic mine explosion in the northern province of Kapisa, one police officer was killed,Shayeq Shoresh, a front man for the Kapisa police chief, said the incident took place in the Sar-e-Sayad area of Parwan province while counter-crime officers were on their way to work. One person was killed and another was injured in the incident, he said. No group has grabbed credit for the attack. In a similar liquidation case, Kabul police said, that Prosecutor Hashmatullah Daqiq Malekzadeh was killed on Tuesday evening, by unidentified button men in the Khwaja Boghra area of Kabul’s PD15. On the other hand, Haroon, the prosecutor’s brother, says that unknown button men shot Hashmatullah dead in front of his wife. Recently journalists, government officials, and civilians were the main casualties of IED and mysterious liquidations. Recently, mysterious liquidations and murders have increased in Kabul and other parts of Afghanistan.
