The NeverTrumpers in the Republican-controlled 2017 Congress didn’t want to pass a law to get rid of the atrocity that was Obamacare, triumphantly capped by Senator John McCain (PTUI), who died of cancer and a surfeit of spite shortly thereafter. So President Trump had to do what he could via executive orders in the teeth of activist judges. The next president reversing that by a new executive order is exactly what we predicted would happen. It will be interesting to see how many sign up for this thing so many were thrilled to escape, and what happens when they don’t.
