Fashion statement? - 24 jihadis wear toe tag
 Insurgents attacked coalition forces Sunday on the outskirts of Baghdad, and the resulting clashes left 24 militants dead and six soldiers wounded, the U.S. military said. Seven insurgents also were wounded in the fighting, the military said in a statement.
