ISCAP has secured its enclave in Mozambique

ISCAP is Islamic State West Africa Province, or more colloquially Al Shabaab. It is not connected in any way to Somalia’s Al Shabaab, which looks to Al Qaeda. This is a reverse from last week when they were reported to be retreating in disarray, and jihadis were deserting the cause due to hunger.
