Paghman Residents Claim Civilian Casualties in ANDSF Operation
[ToloNews] Residents of Paghman district in Kabul claimed that three non-combatants were killed in an operation by Afghan forces in the Arghandi village in the district on Sunday night.The residents closed the Kabul-Maidan Shahr highway to protest against the government over the incident. The residents took the bodies of those apparently killed in the operation to the highway and called for a thorough investigation into the incident. They said that the victims were three brothers and had a shop and were killed in their home. "They were stabbed first and were shot after that. They were thrown in a small room," said Ziaratgul, a relative of those killed. "We will close the Kandahar highway for the next three days if our demand is not met," said a relative.
