Nigeria's army kills 6 Boko Haram rebels in Borno
[MENAFN] On Tuesday, Mar. 16 the army stated that a military action in the Nigerian northeastern state of Borno left six Boko Haram ... not to be confused with Procol Harum, Harum Scarum, possibly to be confused with Helter Skelter. The Nigerian version of al-Qaeda and the Taliban rolled together and flavored with a smigeon of distinctly Subsaharan ignorance and brutality...rebels dead. On Monday night, troops on a guard in the Dikwa local administration area of Borno met with Lions of Islam on cycle of violences and a gun vehicle, stated army representative Mohammed Yerima in a report. Yerima noted: "the troops ... swiftly engaged them in a fierce firefight, killing six of them and recovered several weapons, ammunition and sundry items." The army will "remain resolute and determined to ensure that the general area is completely cleared and protected while aggressively dominating every route where Lions of Islam are suspected to move around in order to smoke them out," he added.
