6 Border Force Members Killed in Herat Blast
[ToloNews] Six border force members--including a commander--were killed in a roadside kaboom blast in the Kushk Rabat Sangi district north of Herat...a venerable old Persian-speaking city in western Afghanistan, populated mostly by Tadjiks, which is why it's not as blood-soaked as areas controlled by Pashtuns... province on Sunday afternoon, the provincial governor Waheed Qatali said.
